If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery,a 50 percent refund will be issued. You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling. We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel. If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted. Care Instructions The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties. The balloons are stuck using removable cello tape. Generally, no marks are left if they are removed within 24 hours.
